The Trendline Institutional Fund is a feeder fund to the Trendline Diversified Fund, and systematically invests into & dis-invests from the Trendline Diversified Fund in order to reduce downside volatility. The Institutional fund may similarly have lower returns, especially late in the Diversified Fund's profit cycle. It is suited to the long-term investor with a reduced tolerance for fund volatility.
